Bid Description:
The Town of Lincoln seeks to improve pedestrian accessibility between the Community School and the village center. Currently, sidewalk in the town center ends approximately one-half mile short of the school. River Road, the town’s major thoroughfare which connects the center to the school, is 22-feet wide and has no shoulders. The road from the town center to the school parallels and crosses the New Haven River and has an additional two culverts along the route.
