Bid Description:
The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans), Policy, Planning and Intermodal Development Division (PPID) releases this Request for Proposals (RFP) to update two critical statewide modal plans; Vermont Freight Plan (2012) and the Vermont State Rail Plan (2015). VTrans is bundling these two Plan Updates together in acknowledgement of the significant overlap of the freight rail component of the two plans and as a cost-savings measure.
