Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Taxes (“Department”) is soliciting bids for property appraisal services to conduct appraisals of Vermont real property for purposes of the education and municipal property tax grand lists.
The Vermont Legislature has made funds available to the Vermont Department of Taxes for the appraisal of hydroelectric facilities owned by Great River Hydro LLC in the State of Vermont. The appraisals are to be offered for grand list values of property and for defending the appeals of the appraisals.
