Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal the Agency of Human Services / Child Development Division (CDD) is seeking to establish a contract with an entity to conduct an evaluation of the Vermont Early Childhood Professional Development System (ECPDS) as defined in Attachment A. The ECPDS includes structures and services that support the professional growth of, and professional development opportunities for the early childhood and afterschool workforce.
