Bid Description:
Efficiency Vermont serves all communities in Vermont and each year Efficiency Vermont works particularly close with a different set of communities that have traditionally had limited engagement with energy efficiency services. These communities are referred to as "targeted communities."
Efficiency Vermont seeks to better understand the impact of the targeted community-focused work. To support this effort, Efficiency Vermont seeks a specialized research partner to design and conduct research that serves to evaluate and assess current status and changes related to: Awareness of Efficiency Vermont, awareness of other energy-related organizations, attitudes related to Efficiency Vermont, and opportunities to increase engagement with energy efficiency.
