Bid Description:
The Department released the draft 3 Acre Stormwater Permit in mid-September 2019. This will require all parcels in the Lake Champlain and Lake Memphremagog basins that are 3 acres or greater to obtain a stormwater permit by 2023, with some systems required to obtain a permit in late 2020.
DEC is seeking proposals for support with funding strategies, materials, and communication and outreach related to this requirement.
