Bid Description:
The prevalence of illicit wastewater discharges in the villages, hamlets or urbanizations of Bolton, Coventry, Forest Dale, Jay, Montgomery, South Hero, Starksboro, and Troy has never been comprehensively assessed. In Northfield and St. Johnsbury only a partial assessment has been completed due to mapping data quality and the recent construction of combined sewer separation projects. Illicit discharge assessment and elimination should be performed in these ten northern Vermont towns as a basic step toward improving water quality.
