Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the “State”) on behalf of the State is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide bottled water service to residences, businesses, and other institutions and entities throughout the State of Vermont due to the presence of hazardous material (pollutants) in a water supply. It is possible that political subdivisions, such as fire districts and municipalities, will be the major users of this contract, in these cases, invoices would be sent directly to the political subdivision for payment.
