“WHEELOCK HOUSE” 135No. Main Street. The City of Barre is soliciting proposals from non-profit organizations for the utilization of approximately 2100sf of the rear portion of the“Wheelock House” located at 135 No.Main Street. The Barre Partnership occupies 1100 sf in the front portion of this building.Favorable terms are negotiable. The City’s objective is to see that this space is utilized in a manner that helps maintain this building through full occupancy and provides a beneficial use to the community. Inspection tours can be arranged by appointment. The City is receptive to unique and creative proposals, but also reserves the right to make no award.
