Champlain Valley Head Start (CVHS) invites contractors to submit proposals for the renovations of
the future childcare center located at 216 Intervale Avenue, Burlington, Vermont, previously the
maintenance building for the Burlington Housing Authority.
Donna Church and studioblue Architecture is the Architect of Record for the Project.
The Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) is the Owner of the Property.
This project will be a tax--exempt project. Federal Tax ID number 03-0216837.
State Sales Tax ID number SUT-10059393.
This project is made possible by a grant from the Office of Head Start and the City of
Burlington Community Economic Development Office.
