Bid Description:
The Agency of Commerce and Community Development and the Agency of Agriculture Food and Markets share an overlapping mission to attract, retain, support and expand the market opportunities for Vermont businesses, including producers of Vermont dairy products.
The Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors competent to deliver a marketing assessment regarding the viability of increasing the sales of Vermont produced dairy products in the Northeast. The State recognizes the important contribution and vital impact that small businesses have on the State's economy. In this regard, the State subscribes to a free and open bidding process that affords all businesses equal access and opportunity to compete for State contracts for goods and services. The State also encourages businesses owned by minorities and women to compete for State contracts.
