Bid Description:
Sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors for the construction of aggregate surface trail, sidewalk, curb, a timber pavilion, drainage, signing, and pavement markings shall be accepted until 1:00 p.m., prevailing time on August 13, 2019 at the Town of St. Johnsbury Offices, 51 Depot Square, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819. Bid opening will occur immediately after the bid submittal deadline. The time of receiving and opening bids may be postponed due to emergencies or unforeseen conditions.
PROJECT LOCATION: Beginning at a point on Bay Street, approximately 200 feet south of the intersection of Bay Street and Main Street, extending northerly approximately 0.34 miles along Bay Street prior to extending off-road for a length of 0.28 miles, then returning to Bay Street and traveling southerly along Depot Square for a length of 0.10 miles.
