Bid Description:
The Vermont Legislature created under 10 V.S.A. Section 1944 a tank loan program in which the Agency of Natural Resources provides funds for the removal, replacement, or upgrade of an underground or above ground storage tank used for the storage of petroleum products for the purpose of reducing the likelihood of a release of petroleum into the environment. DEC is seeking proposals for financial, consultation and closing services in the operation and management of the this tank loan program (loan underwriting and servicing) from a qualified financial institution.
