Bid Description:
The State’s Family Services Division, Revenue Enhancement Unit, will contract with a Contractor to preside as the Hearing Officer over the Due Process Reviews for children/youth placed administratively at Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center (Woodside). All children/youth who are placed at Woodside administratively are entitled to protection of their due process rights. The process by which this occurs is that all children/youth who are administratively placed beyond the eighth day are entitled to a hearing to determine if they meet the criteria for continued placement at Woodside.
