1. Replace, Adjust, set and seal
2. Replace complete tank unit
3. Replace Submersible Pump
4. Replace Pump Motor
5. Replace Hydraulic Fluids/ VICS
6. Vendor must apply for state required VT permit and notify Vermont Dept. of Public Safety
7. Repair must be completed prior to the start of school on August 26, 2019
8. Bid must include payment terms and clearly identify materials from labor costs
9. All bidders are required to visit the worksite and meet with the maintenance staff.
