Bid Description:
The Department seeks proposals from a qualified research or consulting group to conduct automated water quality monitoring in the open waters of Lake Carmi, Franklin, VT. The purpose of this work is to assess the effectiveness of the hypolimnetic in-lake aeration treatment system being deployed by the Department in summer, 2019. A total of up to $150,000 is available to support this work.
