Bid Description:
Efficiency Vermont supports homeowners’ weatherization projects through incentive payments (i.e., rebates for energy efficiency measures), and project financing and information resources. This support helps Vermonters to improve the thermal efficiency of their homes, saving energy and money.
Efficiency Vermont seeks to update its weatherization offerings. Updated offerings may include modifications to the offerings themselves (e.g., different financing structures and incentive values) as well as the ways these offerings are presented (e.g., financing support messaged in terms of interest rate vs. in terms of monthly payment). Findings from research with customers will play a strong role in determining what offers are used.
