Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, Agency of Administration, Department of Human Resources is interested in procuring the services of a qualified and experienced professional who will serve as the State’s chief labor negotiator, spokesperson, and representative (Chief Negotiator) for successor collective bargaining negotiations, as provided for in Title 3, Chapter 27 of the Vermont Statutes. Additionally, the candidate may serve as the State’s representative before the Vermont Labor Relations Board and/or the Vermont Supreme Court on issues arising from the resulting collective bargaining agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate multiple years of similar negotiations and representation experience for organizations the size and complexity of the State.
