Bid Description:
The Town was awarded FEMA funds to repair flood damages to Van Wyck Bridge along with Hazard Mitigation Funds for slope erosion measures. All work must be completed in accordance with Town Road and Bridge Standards, FEMA and State of Vermont specifications along with state Agency of Natural Resources and Dept of Environmental Conservation standards. The Town will provide an in-kind match of labor and trucking towards the project. The project must be completed by October 31, 2019.
The owner of the project is the Town and the sole authority for this project rests with the Town of Wallingford Selectboard.

Project Description
The purpose of the Project is to repair the following on Van Wyck Bridge:
1) Concrete Abutment. One (1) cubic yard of concrete for abutment wall measuring 13.5 feet long X 0.166 feet wide X1.083 feet deep.
2) Concrete Wing Wall. One (1) cubic yard of concrete for a section of damaged wing wall measuring 3 feet long X 3 feet wide X 2 feet deep.
3) Add 85.33 cubic yards of rip rap to mitigate slope erosion.
4) Apply for all local, state and federal permits, including but not limited to, state Stream Alteration Permits as necessary.
