Bid Description:
The Town of Burke is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)s from qualified Consulting firms for Project Management and Engineering services for Reconstruction and Drainage improvements, to include a separated 5ft bicycle climbing lane for .7 mile of E Darling Hill Rd in the Town of Burke. The Climbing lane will not necessarily extend along the entire length of the project. The exact locations of the climbing lane will be determined in the next phase. Town of Burke is seeking a consultant with expertise in project management of projects funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA) and or Northern Boarders Regional Commission (NBRC). The procurement process for selection of the Consultant will be a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS).
