Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Public Service is seeking a Contractor or team of Contractors experienced in energy efficiency program verification and evaluation to perform an independent verification of certain efficiency measures bid into ISO New England’s (ISO-NE) Forward Capacity Market, to certify the methodology described by the EEUs ISO-approved Measurement and Verification Plan is being followed and to provide verification of Burlington Electric Department’s annual savings claims.
