Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking proposals to provide services
for the brushing, mowing and trimming, log removal, and general cleanup at up to seven (7) dams. The up to
seven (7) dams to receive maintenance as part of this contract include the following:
• Waterbury Dam at the end of Little River Road in Waterbury,
• Wrightsville Dam on Horn of the Moon Road in Montpelier and East Montpelier,
• East Barre Dam off of Route 302 in Barre,
• Wolcott Pond Dam off of Wolcott Pond Road in Wolcott,
• Silver Lake Dam off of North Road in Barnard,
• Crystal Lake Dam off of West Street in Barton,
• Lake Groton Dam located about 1,500 from the Ricker Pond State Park entrance in Groton.
