Bid Description:
The Town of Weston has received funding through the VTrans Bicycle and Pedestrian Grant program to conduct a scoping study focused on pedestrian and bicycle connectivity in Weston Village along Route 100. The Town is seeking assistance from qualified firms to provide planning services to identify design solutions to improve pedestrian and bicycle connectivity and issues associated with possible construction of the design solutions.
Special Instructions:
The Windham Regional Commission is serving as Municipal Project Manager. All PAPER COPIES of proposals must be received by the Municipal Project Manager no later than 1 p.m. on April 30, 2019. Proposals and/or modifications received after this time will not be accepted or reviewed. No facsimile-machine produced proposals will be accepted. The electronic copy of the proposal or access to the electronic copy should be emailed to Marion Major at the address listed above. Please note: it is the submission of the paper copies of the proposal and/or modifications by the deadline noted above that determines whether or not the submission was made in a timely manner.
