Bid Description:
The Vermont Public Service Department (“Department” or “PSD”) is soliciting proposals for expert witness services to assist in formulating and presenting its recommendations on the aesthetic impacts of various telecommunications, and electric transmission and generation projects as required by 30 V.S.A. §§ 219a, 248, 248a, and other statutes. The Department represents the public interest in utility cases before the Vermont Public Utility Commission (“Commission” or “PUC”), federal regulatory agencies, and state and federal courts.
