Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Buildings and General Services, Office of Purchasing and Contracting on behalf of the State of Vermont Department of Human Resources (DHR) (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with companies that can provide a Classification and Compensation Study.
