The City of Winooski (the City) invites qualified, independent Certified Public Accountants, licensed to practice in the State of Vermont, to submit proposals to conduct an annual audit of its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. Audits for the years ending June 30, 2020 and 2021 may be considered following the completion of the audit of FY2019. All proposals must conform to the specifications outlined below.
