Bid Description:
The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Department of Public Safety (the State) is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for its Anonymous Tips and Leads Software (the Work) from qualified offerors. If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), the State may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected offer (the Contractor) perform all or part of the Work. This RFP provides details on what is required to submit a Proposal in response to this RFP, how Proposals will be evaluated, and what will be required of the Contractor in performing the Work.
