Bid Description:
The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Department of Health’s Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs (the State) is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for an evaluation of tools created to support opioid prescribers in Vermont, to assess the tools’ usefulness, and identify other communication needs from Vermont prescribers (the Work) from qualified offerors.
