Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is requesting proposals to direct a program that will support project implementation, technical support and education as specified below. A total of $93,316* is available for the Partnership Grants and Contracts Block Grant - Work Crew Round 2. These funds are to support implementation across program priority areas including stormwater management, municipal road-related stormwater management, natural resource restoration, agriculture and forestry management. Work Crew Assistance funds will increase on-the-ground implementation of priority clean water improvement projects using work crews. The applicant must describe the process for project identification using basin planning, targeted outreach, and delivery of implementation assistance through the management of work crews. See attached RFP document for further details/requirements.

Deadlines/Submittal: All proposals must be submitted electronically via email to ANR.WSMDERP@vermont.gov by February 11, 2019, 4:00 pm EST using the subject line “Partnership Work Crew Round 2 - [insert Short Title] - [insert Organization Short Name] Proposal.” Bid opening: Proposals are anticipated to be opened February 12, 2019, at 9:00 am EST. Notification: Proposals preliminarily accepted by DEC anticipated to be notified by February 22, 2019.
