Bid Description:
The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Secretary of State (State) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the continued development, implementation, and maintenance of information technology for the Office of Professional Regulation (“OPR”). This work will occur on Next Generation Licensing Platform (NGLP) technology currently being used at the Office of Professional Regulation. The Office of Professional Regulation (OPR) uses NGLP, which runs on the Pegasystems 7.2 cloud, to manage its responsibility for professional licensing, enforcement case management, tribunal case management and inspection program.
