Bid Description:
Sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors shall be accepted until 11:00 AM, prevailing time on February 15th at the Town of Williston Planning and Zoning Conference Room 7878 Williston Road, Williston VT 05495, for construction of the project hereinafter described. Bid opening will occur immediately after the bid submittal deadline.
Contract Documents (Printed and Electronic – pdf) are available at Blueprints, Etc. (802) 865-4503, 20 Farrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403 at a cost of $50 per set. To be eligible to bid on the project, bidders must obtain the plans at Blueprints, Etc.
A bidder list will be maintained by Blueprints, Etc., and the list, along with any addenda, will be provided to anyone who has received the plans. All requests for information regarding this project shall be made via email to James Sherrard, jsherrard@willistonvt.org (subject line: Williston – Lamplite Acres Stormwater Drainage Improvement Project Question) until Friday, February 8th at 4:00 pm.

Special Instructions:
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 1st, 2019 at the Town of Williston Planning and Zoning Conference Room 7878 Williston Road, Williston VT 05495.
All bidders on this project shall be on the Agency of Transportation’s prequalified list under the category(ies) listed below or shall have submitted a complete prequalification application to the Agency of Transportation, Contract Administration, a minimum of 10 working days prior to the bid opening. All bidders shall be on the current VTRANS Contract Administration pre-qualified list:
“Contractors List of Bike and/or Transportation Path Category” or “ Contractors List of Drainage (Culverts, Underdrain, DI/CB Rehabilitation, Other) Category”
The Town Williston reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 90 days following the bid opening.
