This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the Highway Division (“HD”) of the Agency of Transportation (hereinafter, “VTrans”) to gather input and obtain information and cost estimates to explore feasibility and potential options to digitize existing and past records of the HD that relate to existing infrastructure.
