Bid Description:
The Town of Woodstock is seeking assistance from qualified firms to provide planning services to update the Woodstock River Loop Trail plan. This new walk/bike project will connect the village with recreational opportunities near the underdeveloped East End. Plans for the new trail are based on a 2000 “Riverwalk” study which was not implemented. This scope for this proposal updates the 2000 study focusing on a revised trail configuration and considering changes from TS Irene and new State and local regulations.
Special Instructions:
This study shall build upon existing planning materials and other documents. To gain a full understanding of project dynamics and to make full use of previously completed analyses, the consultant shall review the following documents:
