You are hereby notified that through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Vermont Pension Investment Committee (VPIC) and the Office of the Vermont State Treasurer (hereinafter the “State”) are seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide proxy voting and advisory services, for the VPIC investment accounts.
