Bid Description:
The Town of Woodstock received funding through the Vermont Agency of Transportation Bike Pedestrian Grant Program for a scoping study to plan for and identify issues with construction of a 350’ of sidewalk along Route 4 East from the Pizza Chef Plaza to the Gallery Place Plaza. The Town is seeking assistance from qualified firms to provide planning services to identify issues associated with possible construction of a sidewalk. Duties will include contract plans, specifications and preliminary construction cost estimates, and provide design engineering services as detailed in the Scope of Work. Qualified applicants will have documented successful experience on similar VTrans Municipal Assistance Bureau projects. Consultants responding to this request shall comply with all relevant state transportation regulations as required by the agency. Questions will be referred to Michael Brands with responses transmitted to all firms having requested the Scope-of-Work.
