Bid Description:
The State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Dam Safety Program is requesting technical and fee proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms with experience with hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses, dam break analyses, inundation mapping, and hazard classification evaluation for dams.
The objective of the project is to perform hydrology and hydraulic (H&H) analyses, dam break analyses, and inundation mapping in support of hazard classification evaluation for up to four (4) dams regulated by the State of Vermont. The hazard classification evaluation should be performed in general accordance with federally developed guidance practices and DEC requirements.
