Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is requesting proposals to direct a program that will support project implementation, technical support and education as specified in the attached RFP.
A total of $255,000 is available for the Partnership Grants and Contracts Block Grant (Work Crew/Train the Trainer). Of this, $215,000 is available to support implementation across program priority areas including stormwater management, municipal road-related stormwater management, natural resource restoration, agriculture and forestry management; and, $40,000 is available to implement programs that will support the expansion of water quality improvements through increased technical support and education.
