TOWN OF MANCHESTER, VERMONT
The Town of Manchester (the Town) is requesting proposals from engineering firms to perform consulting services for a project to redesign Depot Street to better serve pedestrians, cyclists, motor vehicles and business owners. This is a bicycle and pedestrian project funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Town of Manchester (Town), with technical assistance and oversight by the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans). The project funds will be administered by VTrans, and as federal funds are being use, the project must follow VTran’s Local Projects (LP) project development process.
The scope of the project is on Depot Street from the roundabout at the Main Street intersection to Richville Road. See attached RFP for more details.
