Bid Description:
The State of Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets (VAAFM) and the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VDEC) are seeking proposals to prepare a phosphorus trading feasibility study and framework for potential application in the Vermont side of the Lake Champlain Basin. The term of the contract agreement is for a period of ten (10) months with a project completion date of September 30, 2015.
