Bid Description:
The project includes renovation of an existing structure which houses the VT Army National Guard maintenance activities. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of work:
a. Selective demolition of concrete flooring, water, sewer, and electrical services
b. Renovation of spaces to include new offices, break room, ADA bathroom, and locker room
c. Installation of new windows
d. HVAC work to include radiant flooring and radiators
e. Electrical service work including replacement of the main panel and distribution wiring
f. Lighting in all renovated rooms
